Chemical Testing Services

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for chemical testing services. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Indiana University for continuation of an existing study and report. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties who can demonstrate capability to perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule must submit a written response by May 12, 2026, 11:00 PM PST to virginia.j.dennison.civ@us.navy.mil, referencing solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D550000/E550000-0083. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
