Notice of Funding Availability for Single-Family Home Development

The State of Massachusetts is making available $1,650,000 in public funding for developers to construct single-family, three-bedroom homes. These homes are intended to create homeownership opportunities for low to moderate-income buyers with household incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. The construction must adhere to the plans provided within the Request for Proposals. The homes will be built on city-owned vacant lots located within the South End and Maple-High/Six Corner neighborhoods.
