Small Landscape and Irrigation Installation Services

The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from Professional Green Industry Service Providers for minor landscape and irrigation services. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis throughout the city. The contract will be for one year with four additional one-year option periods. Work Orders will be issued for specific projects, and while there is no guaranteed minimum amount of work, past contracts have exceeded $1,000,000 annually. Individual Work Orders will not exceed $300,000. Projects over $50,000 will be competitively quoted among awarded firms, and those over $100,000 will require 100% Performance and Payment Bonds.
