Employee Benefits Consultant Services

The City of Springfield and Sangamon County are soliciting sealed competitive proposals from vendors for Employee Benefits Consultant services. Proposals are to be submitted electronically through the City of Springfield Vendor Bid Portal or via mail courier to the Office of Budget and Management Purchasing Department. Proposals will be accepted until June 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time and will be opened at that time in Room 200 of the Municipal Center West. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Proposal documents can be downloaded from the City of Springfield's website or obtained from the City Purchasing Department. Certified Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
