Description

The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), on behalf of the Office of Safety and Youth Development (OSYD), is seeking proposals from experienced organizations to provide high-quality, direct support services to students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12. Proposed services include leadership development, individual and group counseling, mentoring, recreation, college/post-secondary planning, career awareness, conflict resolution, violence and bullying prevention, substance abuse intervention, internet safety, school attendance improvement, and family support services. Additionally, academic enrichment services such as tutoring, homework assistance, study/test-taking skills, academic skills enhancement, thematic projects, and family literacy are sought.
