Structure Demolition Services

The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking bids for the demolition of three structures located at 302 Lincoln Street (RPID#50201), 605 South Street (RPID#38684), and 115 Magnolia Street (RPID#38560). The scope of work includes razing and removing all buildings, structures, retaining walls, foundations, steps, and piers to at least one foot below ground level. All wells, cisterns, cesspools, outdoor toilets, basements, cellars, septic tanks, and resulting holes shall be filled to the ground surface. Underground tanks must be removed and the areas filled. The contractor is responsible for clearing and grading the property to ensure proper surface water run-off, leaving the property in a hazard-free condition. All demolition and disposal must comply with applicable state, federal, and local laws, and the contractor must obtain a city demolition permit and submit landfill and recycling receipts. The City reserves the right to award sections of the bid per address. Bidders must provide proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. Hazardous and toxic substances disclosure requirements must also be met.
