Program and Construction Management Services for Capital Infrastructure Projects

The City of Richmond is requesting proposals to establish an on-call contract for non-professional services, specifically program and project management, construction management, and construction inspection services. These services will support the City's capital improvement plan, which includes numerous infrastructure projects planned over the next ten years. Additional projects may be added based on available funding and prioritization of needs by the City's Department of Public Utilities.
