RTP Park Trail Extension Construction

Cook Coggin Engineers, Inc., on behalf of the Town of Plantersville, MS, is soliciting bids for the construction of the RTP Park Trail Extension project. This project involves building approximately 2,600 linear feet of a 6-foot-wide hot-mix asphalt walking trail. The scope of work includes unclassified excavation, crushed stone base, project signage, erosion control measures, and the installation of two exercise stations to create a complete, ready-to-use walking trail. Bids will be accepted electronically through www.cceplanroom.com or in person at Plantersville City Hall, 2587 Main St., Plantersville, MS 38862, until 10:30 AM on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026. Bidders must be on the official list of planholders maintained by Plan House Printing. A bid bond is required, either in electronic format or as an original hard copy submitted to the Town Hall prior to bid opening. Award will be made to the lowest or best responsible, responsive bidder.
