Otsego County Community Development Block Grant Application

Otsego County will hold a public hearing to discuss community development needs and potential Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applications for the 2026 program year. The county is applying for $300,000 in CDBG funds to implement a Microenterprise assistance program. This program is part of the New York State Office of Community Renewal's CDBG program, which makes approximately $20 million available for economic development, small business, and microenterprise activities, primarily benefiting low-to-moderate income persons.
