Computer Hardware, Software, Services, and Supplies

Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC) is soliciting proposals for computer hardware, software, services, and supplies through an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation is intended for use by EPIC6 members and future members, allowing them to purchase goods and services on an "as needed" basis. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis, with proposals evaluated based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery, requiring a minimum score of 70 points. Awarded vendors will be designated as "approved vendors" and must extend contract pricing and terms to all EPIC6 members. EPIC6 members are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors, but the agreements are designed to provide greater efficiency and economy in acquiring goods and services through competitively procured vendor agreements.
