Description

This contract is for non-personal services to support Aberdeen Proving Ground's (APG) unidirectional flushing program and utility infrastructure maintenance across APG-South (Edgewood) and the Adelphi Laboratory Center. The scope includes identifying, executing, and recording unidirectional flushing sequences for integration into APG's existing GIS/Database platform, inspecting fire hydrants and main line valves, repairing or replacing fire hydrants and potable/sanitary water lines, and monitoring and calibrating Neptune water meters. Key requirements include compliance with AWWA M-17, AWWA M-44, NFPA 291, and ISO standards for inspections. The contractor will be responsible for developing and submitting all required documentation and data deliverables in a GIS format compatible with APG's current system. Personnel performing work under this contract must possess the appropriate security clearance as detailed in the DD Form 254.
