Alfalfa Hay Delivery for Sierra National Forest Packstock

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase and delivery of alfalfa hay to feed packstock animals for the Sierra National Forest. The hay should be delivered in two shipments: one on June 19, 2026, and another on September 18, 2026. The bales should weigh between 100-120 lbs, be of good quality meeting USDA standards #2 (Premium or "high quality test hay" is acceptable, but grade #1 is not), and be free of mold, noxious weeds, debris, and inorganic matter. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award.
