The Board of Butler County Commissioners is seeking proposals for Fixed Based Operator (FBO) services at the Butler County Regional Airport. The selected FBO will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services to support the airport's operational needs and ensure a high level of service, safety, and convenience for all users. This includes aircraft ground guidance, ramp services, apron services, flight school operations, aircraft deicing, snow removal, grass cutting, and obstruction removal. The FBO must also maintain facilities and equipment, manage tie-down spaces, and comply with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The selected operator will be expected to manage and staff operations to meet minimum operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST daily, with extended hours during Daylight Saving Time. The FBO will also be responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary equipment, tools, and supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness and professional appearance of airport facilities.
