Village of Addison 2026 Water Main Replacement and Resurfacing Project

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the Village of Addison's 2026 Water Main Replacement and Resurfacing Project. The project scope includes the replacement and abandonment of existing water mains and appurtenances, road patching and resurfacing, removal and disposal of unsuitable material, driveway and curb/gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, installation of ADA-compliant detectable warnings and ramps, installation of storm sewer and underdrain, miscellaneous structure adjustments, and reconstruction or replacement of utility structures. Additionally, the project involves tree preservation and the installation of new parkway trees, along with restoration of affected work areas as directed. Mitigation measures, including floodplain management, must be carried out as required by the project's Environmental Review Record.
