This solicitation is for an Area Wide Market Analysis (AWMA) for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in South Dakota. The NRCS plans to obtain an AWMA for an initial fiscal year, with subsequent annual recertifications or amendments for up to four additional years. The purpose of the AWMA is to determine the fair market value of land for the types of land typically enrolled in the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program-Wetland Reserve Easement Component (ACEP-WRE) within the market areas identified by NRCS. The vendor must be a State-certified general real property appraiser with demonstrated competency in USPAP compliance for rural and agricultural property market analyses.
