Equipment Rental for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One

NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for rental of equipment to support Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One (NMCB ONE). The required equipment includes two (2) scissor lifts with a minimum 33ft height, two (2) articulating boom lifts with a minimum 45ft platform height, and one (1) crane with a minimum lift capacity of 50 tons. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, maintenance, and prompt replacement of all equipment. Equipment must adhere to strict safety regulations, and a 24-hour breakdown response or replacement time is required. The period of performance will range from two (2) to five (5) months, depending on the specific equipment item. The government anticipates issuing a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract in June.
