Crushed Stone and Gravel Supply

Jefferson County, Missouri is soliciting bids for crushed stone and gravel products to be used in the maintenance of roads and bridges. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months, with the option for two additional 12-month renewal periods, subject to the consent of the County Council and County Executive. Prices must remain firm for the first 30 days following agreement approval or commencement of the agreement. Bidders are required to provide pricing for materials picked up in their yard by County vehicles, as well as an add-on price for hauling to specified County locations. Stockpile deliveries will receive five working days' notice, while site spread deliveries will receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Minimum delivery for site spread is 200 tons. The specifications for the materials shall meet Section 1007 "AGGREGATE FOR BASE" of the 2021 Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, unless otherwise approved by the County Engineer.
