Description

This solicitation is for the removal of old pinsetter machines and the purchase and installation of new string pinsetters at the Dyess Lanes Bowling Center, Building 7115, a 16-lane facility located at Dyess AFB, Texas. The new system must integrate natively with the existing Conqueror X bowling center management system, supporting real-time communication for lane assignment, gameplay configuration, and session management without manual intervention or third-party middleware. The system should support both competitive (USBC-compliant) and recreational modes, with seamless transitions controlled by the management system. Bi-directional data communication is required to transmit real-time lane status, gameplay mode, and session data. The new pinsetters must be compatible with existing scoring systems and lane infrastructure, minimizing structural modifications and additional hardware. The goal is to automate gameplay configuration and reduce labor associated with manual adjustments. Reliability of integration and automation are key criteria. The contractor will be responsible for the demolition, removal, and disposal of existing pinsetter machines and associated components, as well as the installation of new string pinsetters and associated parts. The contract includes providing operation and maintenance manuals and 12 hours of training for facility staff. A three-year commercial warranty is required for the product, material, and workmanship. The contractor must also provide user operational training within 24 hours of installation completion. All work must comply with applicable US laws, regulations, commercial standards, and business practices, including specific security and access requirements for Dyess AFB.
