Construction of Six 4-Bedroom Homes in Cherokee Nation Reservation

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) is soliciting bids for the turn-key construction of six 4-bedroom homes. These homes will be located across Adair, Delaware, Muskogee, Sequoyah, and Washington Counties within the Cherokee Nation Reservation. Bidders are required to provide all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision to complete the entire project within 120 working days. A penalty of $1,000.00 per working day will be charged for any delays beyond the contract end date. The scope of work includes site preparation, foundation, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior and exterior finishes, and utility connections. Bidders must adhere to specific material and construction standards outlined in the bid documents, including Davis-Bacon wage rates and potential Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) requirements.
