Elevator Maintenance Services for Richmond Towers

The Housing Authority of Plainfield is requesting proposals from qualified and certified elevator companies to provide comprehensive service and maintenance for four traction elevators located in the senior and disabled resident buildings at Richmond Towers. Services are required on a 24-hour, 7-day basis, with an emergency response time not exceeding 24 hours. The scope of work includes regular monthly maintenance and emergency repairs when elevators are non-operational. Companies must submit proposed monthly service fees, along with their license, certificate of insurance, and three work-related references. Service tickets/reports detailing time, date, and services performed must be submitted to the Authority.
