Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution

The City of Boulder, through its Department of Information, is requesting bids for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado by the mandatory deadline of May 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities. All submitted documents will become public records. Participation in this procurement is at the submitter's expense.
