Communications, Creative, and Marketing Services

Belton Independent School District (ISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive communications, creative, and marketing services. This is a negotiated procurement, and the district reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing prior to any award. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on a monthly basis throughout the solicitation period. The contract term is for one year with three automatic one-year renewals, not to exceed a total of four years. Belton ISD may extend the RFP for up to 120 days beyond the final contract period if deemed in the district's best interest. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, award contracts for individual products or services, and negotiate separately as necessary.
