Florida Citrus Juice Products and Services for Welcome Centers

VISIT FLORIDA is seeking proposals from Florida-based vendors to supply 100% citrus juice, juice dispensers, and cups for its four Official Florida Welcome Centers. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing approximately 20,000 gallons of orange and grapefruit juice annually, ensuring it meets USDA Grade A standards. The vendor must also supply and maintain approximately 14 juice dispensers, performing quarterly routine maintenance, and provide four-ounce wax-treated cups imprinted with the Florida Department of Citrus logo. Deliveries are to be made 'Free on Board' (FOB) to the specified Welcome Center addresses, with scheduled routine maintenance and repairs to dispensers completed within 24 hours of notification. The contract is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2026, and continue until June 30, 2029, with a three-year term and annual renewal. Proposals will be evaluated based on vendor abilities, including demonstrated success with similar projects and product quality, as well as cost to VISIT FLORIDA, seeking the best overall value.
