New Residential Construction - Mobile, Alabama

The Africatown Redevelopment Corporation (ARC) is soliciting sealed bids for new residential construction projects, specifically for three houses located at Lots 1, 2, and 3 Susie Ansley Street, Mobile, Alabama 36610. Bids are due by 12:00 pm CST on May 15, 2026, and will be publicly opened at 12:05 pm CST on the same day. Bidders must possess a business license from the City of Mobile's Revenue Department and a residential contractor's license from the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board.
