Grand Blanc Community School District High School West Campus Roofing Renovations

This solicitation is for the Grand Blanc Community School District's High School West Campus Roofing Renovations project. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the roofing renovations. The project is located at 1 Jewett Trail, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Bidding documents were prepared by Johns Manville. A firm start date of June 15, 2026, will be observed. Voluntary alternates will be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope, marked with the bidder's name, and addressed to Mr. Jeffrey Cushman, Director of Operations, Grand Blanc Community Schools, 11920 South Saginaw, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Bids are due no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Proposals must be completed in full on the forms provided by the school district. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
