Temporary Staffing and Recruitment Services for Aims Community College

Aims Community College, through Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group, is seeking proposals for temporary staffing and direct hire recruitment services across its four campuses in Greeley, Loveland, Fort Lupton, and Windsor, Colorado. The contract is initially for one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. Services will cover administrative/clerical, facilities & maintenance, professional/technical, and student services roles. Vendors will manage all aspects of temporary employees, including payroll and benefits. For direct hires, vendors will source and vet candidates for permanent positions. The college anticipates awarding contracts to multiple vendors, with no guaranteed minimum spend. Work will primarily be temporary staffing, with direct hire being minimal and ad hoc.
