Demolition Services for Multiple Atlanta Public Schools

Atlanta Public Schools is seeking a design-build contractor to perform demolition services at the following locations: West Atlanta School, The Brewer Center, Pryor Street Lot, Peterson Elementary School, and Anderson Park Elementary School. This project involves the complete demolition of facilities at these sites, including foundations, and the removal of associated structures like sidewalks and curbs. The scope also includes utility disconnection and capping, potential abatement of hazardous materials, and hydroseeding disturbed areas. The selected contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits from the City of Atlanta and utilizing the owner's project management software.
