Concrete and Sidewalk Installation or Repair Services

The Yale Public School District is seeking bids for concrete and sidewalk repair or replacement services on its main campus. The scope of work includes removal of existing concrete, site work, proper base requirements for concrete installation, earth and debris removal, and reseeding and site restoration. New concrete must be six (6) inches thick, reinforced with re-rod and connected into existing sidewalks, with an exception for new construction pads which must be 4 inches thick. Bids are to be submitted on a per square foot basis and bid rates must be guaranteed for 90 days. Work is to commence after July 1, 2026, and be completed by August 7, 2026, unless otherwise agreed upon. All work will take place within the Yale Public Schools Main Campus, with specific areas designated by numbered markers on included maps, and a new sidewalk at the north end of the building located at 315 Park Avenue, Yale, MI.
