Affordable Rental Housing Development and Preservation

Pierce County is soliciting proposals for the development and preservation of affordable rental housing within Pierce County. Funding in the amount of $11,262,189 is available through affordable housing sales tax funds for this initiative. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available online starting Monday, March 30, 2026, on the Pierce County website. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM PST on Friday, May 15, 2026, and must be submitted through Pierce County's OpenGov portal.
