Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Modifications for City of Eldora Wastewater Treatment Plant

The City of Eldora, Iowa is soliciting bids for modifications to its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. This project includes the installation of a new PLC control system, three new waste sludge pumps with associated piping, heat trace, and instrumentation. Bids will be received until June 11, 2026, at 2 P.M. local time at the City of Eldora City Hall, located at 1442 Washington Street. A pre-bid conference will be held on the same date and time at the City of Eldora Wastewater Treatment Plant, 210 14th Street, Eldora, IA 50627.
