Commercial Internet and VOIP Services for Keesler Air Force Base

This solicitation is for commercial wireless internet services with Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) capability for Keesler Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide services including an initial 10 Gb bandwidth, expandable up to 50 Gb, delivered to the Base Communications building. The contract will cover a base period of performance from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four 12-month option periods. Key requirements include maintaining 99% uptime, responding to outages within four hours of notification and resolving them within eight hours, and responding to user complaints within five working days. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and services, including establishing a point of presence within the main distribution building. They must also provide guest account management and a user agreement for Wi-Fi access, including configurable content filtering. Security requirements include safeguarding government property and adhering to operational security (OPSEC) measures. The contractor must also comply with all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA and Air Force standards.
