High Voltage Services Master Contract

Rochester Community and Technical College is seeking a qualified contractor to enter into a Maintenance/Service Master Contract. The contract will cover all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete miscellaneous high voltage jobs as determined by the College's Building Services Supervisor. The anticipated work awarded through the contract is between $0.00 and $50,000.00, with the master contract running through June 30, 2029, or up to $50,000.00, whichever occurs first. The contract is expected to be effective July 1, 2026, or upon the date the last recognized signature is obtained.
