Additionally, the project includes the removal and replacement of curb and gutter, as well as patching. Bids will be accepted electronically through QuestBid or as a paper copy. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished with the plans and specifications. The contract completion time is 100 calendar days for the base bid, with an additional 5 calendar days for Alternate Bid A if awarded, and no additional calendar days for Alternate Bid B if awarded. Bids will not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The Village of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. Plans and specifications can be obtained free of charge.
