Construction Management Services for High Falls State Park

The New York Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking proposals for Construction Management (CM) services to support the first phase of construction for the High Falls State Park in Rochester, New York. This initial phase involves the reconstruction of the existing High Falls Terrace Park, with an estimated construction cost of $13,000,000 and a duration of 12-14 months. The CM will be responsible for pre-construction, bid phase, construction phase, and post-construction services, including project management, scheduling, budget control, safety management, and coordination of all trades. The project is anticipated to be contracted via a single prime contractor and may be governed by a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
