Childcare and Early Learning Facility Design and Operation

The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide comprehensive services for a new childcare and early learning facility. This facility will be co-located with SHA's Orchard Vista affordable housing project, a 240-unit complex in Spokane Valley. The selected provider will be responsible for offering design support during the architectural and engineering phase, and subsequently, for leasing and operating the approximately 4,500 square foot facility upon its completion. The facility will be situated on a 0.25-acre site at 9910 E Appleway, Spokane Valley, adjacent to Spokane Valley City Hall. This is an opportunity for an experienced provider to establish a high-quality childcare and early learning center within a community setting.
