Lawrence to Friendly Domestic Water Line Replacement

The University of Oregon is soliciting bids for the Lawrence to Friendly Domestic Water Line Replacement project. This project involves replacing the existing domestic water service piping that currently serves Lawrence, University, Villard, and Allen Halls. The scope also includes extending this service to Friendly Hall, which is currently supplied by a separate water service routed through a utility tunnel along East 13th Avenue. The project will also involve repairs and/or replacement of utility line supports and addressing congestion at the entrance to Lawrence Hall. No modifications to the tunnel structures themselves are anticipated. The work will be performed under a University of Oregon Retainer Contract for Construction Services.
