Description

Broome County, New York, through its Office of Employment & Training and in conjunction with the Broome-Tioga Workforce Development Board, is soliciting proposals for a One Stop Operator. This role is crucial for coordinating the service delivery of mandated partners and service providers under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in Broome and Tioga Counties. The selected operator will be responsible for enhancing participants' employability and technology skills to achieve full-time employment. The contract is initially for a one-year term, with the potential for two additional one-year renewals, contingent upon performance and funding availability.
