SCADA, ICS, and IT Support Services

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority and Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit a proposal for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Information Technology (IT) Support Services for the Authority's water, wastewater, and solid waste operations. The Authority maintains internal IT/SCADA staff and seeks to supplement those resources with qualified external service providers for routine support, specialized expertise, capital projects, cybersecurity, and emergency response. The Authority intends to establish a well-qualified panel of vendors capable of providing services on an as-needed basis.
