Bush Hogging and Landscaping Maintenance Services

The Washington County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) is soliciting bids for bush hogging and related landscaping maintenance services for the Washington County Industrial Park. The scope of work includes bush hogging approximately 75 acres, with grass generally 4-8 inches in height, and performing refined maintenance on an additional 10 acres. Bidders must provide their own equipment, including a tractor and a minimum 15-foot batwing mower. Bush hogging is expected to be performed 2-3 times during the contract period. Prior to bush hogging, bidders are responsible for picking up and properly discarding any paper or other trash within the designated areas.
