Eldon Subdivision Water & Sewer Design Services

The Municipality of Anchorage, through its Water & Wastewater Utility (AWWU), is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the Eldon Subdivision Water & Sewer Access Project. This project aims to design and permit the extension of municipal water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems to serve the Eldon Subdivision, which currently relies on private wells with documented water quality issues and on-site septic systems with health and safety concerns. The scope of work includes planning, design, public involvement, and permitting for water mains, sewer mains, service connections, and associated infrastructure. The project will be funded by a combination of State and Federal grants.
