Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research for preventive maintenance and service on two Eppendorf epMotion 5075 units located at the Boise VA Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources for a potential firm-fixed-price contract. The requirement includes a base period plus four option years. Only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are acceptable, and all service must be performed by OEM-approved and certified technicians in accordance with OEM terms and conditions. Limitations on Subcontracting clauses may apply if a set-aside is issued.
