Description
This solicitation is for repair services for the UMTE program, specifically for four each of Antenna NSN: 5985-01-308-0416 FD, Part Number: 8811-1900-1. The requirement is restricted to prequalified sources, and interested vendors who have not been previously approved must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Award will not be delayed for contractor qualifications. The contractor shall maintain a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status at Level 2 (Self) for all information systems used in the performance of the contract that process, store, or transmit Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The Performance Work Statement (PWS) details requirements for testing, teardown, evaluation, and repair, ensuring items are restored to serviceable, like-new condition. This includes adherence to various military standards for packaging, handling, and marking, as well as specific requirements for Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control and Counterfeit Prevention Plans (CPP). The contract also outlines detailed reporting requirements through the Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF) system.
