Description
The Utah Air National Guard is seeking capability packages for the procurement and installation of replacement raised access computer floor tiles. This requirement is for approximately 700 concrete-filled steel tiles and 100 perforated airflow tiles to replace existing aged tiles in Building 302, Room 110 at the Roland R. Wright Utah Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, UT. The scope includes removing old tiles, installing new tiles into the existing grid system, cutting holes for cables, and sealing cut tiles. All old tiles will be removed and disposed of off-site. The proposed tiles must meet specific load-bearing, fire-spread, and warranty requirements, and be gray in color to match existing tiles. Delivery and installation are anticipated to be completed within 90 days of award, with an estimated project start date of September 1, 2026. Firms must be capable of providing both materials and installation, identify their proposed manufacturer, provide lead times, and document relevant experience with similar flooring systems.
