Maintenance Aware Design Environment (MADe) Software Licenses

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for firm-fixed-price order for Maintenance Aware Design Environment (MADe) brand name software licenses. The software is used for maintenance-focused modeling and simulation, including technical support, training, and consulting, to optimize vehicle platform design. The requirement is for three (3) user licenses for the MADe Suite, which includes Modeling, Safety & Risk Assessment, RAM, and Prognostics & Health Management modules. The contract will have a base year and three one-year options. All items specified in the MADe Software Suite Specifications - 2026 must be included in the quote. Quotes will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Available (LPTA) best value basis. No other brand name or substitutions are allowed. Acceptance and inspection will be at a Government facility. The contract will be awarded without discussions. This solicitation is being conducted through the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) procurement system. All offerors must be registered on chess.army.mil and submit quotes through the CHESS IT Mart. The RFQ closes on June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. No quotes will be accepted after this time.
