Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Area of Interest (AoI) for Information Technology (IT) and Security Support services. This opportunity focuses on providing administration, design, sustainment, management support, system analysis, problem-solving, Systems Change Request implementation, testing, and system enhancement for web applications within the Knowledge Center Portal (KCP) and related security functions. The contractor will serve as the primary point of contact for all SharePoint and Power Platform solution requirements, acting as the technical liaison between CPEGround Combat Platforms Project Management Offices and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for securing and supporting cloud-based hosting environments for target applications and workloads. The primary place of performance will be in Government facilities in the Detroit-Warren-Ann Arbor, MI area. The anticipated contract structure is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Fixed-Price Level-of-Effort (FP-LOE) structure, with task-order-driven surges. The estimated period of performance is August 2026 to August 2031, including a 60-day phase-in period. This AoI is issued as a Total 8(a) Set-Aside, restricting competition to eligible participants in the Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program.
