Monopole Tower Lights and MARS Antennas Maintenance and Repair

This sources sought notice is for maintenance and repair services for monopole tower lights and Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS) antennas located across the Hawaiian Islands. The services include remedial maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs for towers, warning lights, antennas, and associated communication infrastructure. The anticipated period of performance consists of a base period plus four 12-month option periods, with the base period starting October 1, 2026. The scope of work includes installing a complete building grounding system for six antennas at MARS Station Building 1170 on Schofield Barracks, Oahu. Remedial maintenance involves inspecting and repairing towers, rotators, cables, and antennas, with a recommendation for lift rental due to unstable foundations. Preventive maintenance is to be performed annually and includes inspections, lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, and replacement of minor parts and warning lights. The contractor will also be responsible for providing a Quality Control Plan and adhering to strict adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations. Government-furnished equipment includes specific antenna models and positioners.
