Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District, is establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure real estate appraisal reports and related services. These services will be used to determine fair market value for properties within the USACE Honolulu District's Area of Responsibility, which includes Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The BPA will cover a variety of appraisal needs, including commercial and residential properties, leases, easements, and land valuations for acquisition and disposal purposes. The agreement will have a period of performance of five years, with a master limit of $350,000. The government intends to award multiple BPAs to at least three qualified vendors. Vendors must be state-certified or licensed appraisers in the relevant jurisdictions and demonstrate experience with federal government agencies and specific appraisal types. A Yellow Book compliant appraisal work sample is also required.
