Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requires the monthly rental of a minimum of eight high-capacity dehumidifying/air conditioning units. Each unit must possess a minimum cooling capacity of 12.5 or 20 tons, an airflow capacity of at least 5,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM), and be skid-mounted with certified welded lifting points for safe handling. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary for the service. The tentative period of performance includes a Base Period from July 7, 2026, to July 6, 2027, and an Option Period from July 7, 2027, to January 6, 2028. The applicable NAICS code is 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) with a size standard of $40,000,000. The Product Service Code is W041.
