Preventative Maintenance and Training Services for Government-Owned Anesthesia Equipment

This solicitation is for preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for government-owned anesthesia equipment at the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (NMVAHCS). The contract will cover GE Avance CS2 units, GE Carestation 650A1 units, and GE E-SCAIO-00 Respiratory Modules. Services include semi-annual preventative maintenance for Avance CS2 and LCS vaporizers, and annual preventative maintenance for Carestation Respironics Modules. The contractor must use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for all repairs and maintenance, and provide next-day shipping for any required parts. Emergency response is required within 4 hours by phone and 48 hours on-site. The contract also includes two OEM technical training sessions for biomedical staff on the Avance CS2 and Carestation 650 models, to be provided during the base year and option year one. The period of performance is one base year with four one-year option periods.
