The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southwest Regional Office (SWRO), Mescalero Agency, intends to award a sole source contract to Mescalero Gas Company for the delivery of 15,000 gallons of propane. This delivery is essential to ensure uninterrupted service and functionality at the BIA Law Enforcement building, the BIA Mescalero Agency building, and the OJS Mescalero Adult Detention Center.
